Lucius

Lucius — captain of the 13th Company of the Emperor’s Children and the finest swordsman of the Legion, wielder of the Terran blade “Nineteen”. On Isstvan III he was at first among the trapped loyalists, but betrayed them out of envy of Saul Tarvitz, who had taken command from him. He then took part in the Drop Site Massacre on Isstvan V, cutting his way through his former cousins with a sonic blade.
