Triplex Phall is a forge world of the Eastern Fringe, loyalist (after betrayal and uprising), one of three linked forges that supplied almost the entire capital-ship might of the Ultima Segmentum. The tech-priests of Phall at first turned to Horus, but after the Dark Angels’ Dreadwing destroyed Triplex Galatia, many traitors fled, the loyalist Mechanicum rose in revolt and handed Phall to the Lion, who spared the forge only in order to drain its manufactoria.
