Xana II is a traitor forge world on the western frontier, ruled by the Vodian Consistory, which stood for Horus in return for promised independence from Mars. At the Xana Incursion (009.M31) the Blackshields of Endryd Haar and the Dark Angels disrupted the handover of three Ordinatus engines to Horus (Ashurax and Mithrax were captured, Nepothax destroyed). After the raid the magos Anacharis Scoria rose to prominence and forged the first Hell-Forge.

- “Bone Port” — a captured orbital body with inhabited moons by the gas giant Xana I; specialisation — war machines with a daemonic animus; became one of the first Hell-Forges under Anacharis Scoria.
Fate
Its alliance with Horus was badly delayed by the loyalist raid; under Scoria it became a daemon world / Hell-Forge in the Eye of Terror.
