Legio Lysanda

“Sentinels of the Edge” — a loyalist Titan Legion created during the Crusade by the forge of Konor to guard the borders of the Eastern Fringe. Its princeps were famed for their even temper — before taking an engine they underwent seclusion and self-contemplation — but the Heresy broke this meekness into a thirst for vengeance, as the legion retook, again and again, its own watch-worlds that had fallen to the traitors. Side by side with the Ultramarines, Lysanda fought in the Shadow Crusade: its Warhound Ardentor became famous at Armatura, having all but killed the primarch Lorgar, while the Reaver Unfolding Wrath (formerly Argent Flame) fought on Ulixis in the Crusade of Iron.
