The Officio Assassinorum was created in the Great Crusade by Malcador, the first “Grandmaster of Assassins”, on the oath of the six Directors Primus on the Mount Vengeance. Six Clans: Vindicare (snipers), Callidus (shapeshifters), Eversor (berserkers), Culexus (anti-psykers), Vanus (intelligence), Venenum (poisoners). The first Execution Force against Horus on Dagonet failed, but thwarted Erebus’s plan with the daemon-assassin “Spear” aimed at the Emperor.
