Advex-Mors
Advex-Mors is a world of a system mistakenly identified by some chroniclers with the Rangda system; the site of the Treachery at Advex-Mors (006.M31) — the earliest known battle of the Dark Angels, where the Order of the Broken Claws lured the Justaerin of the Sons of Horus into a trap and slaughtered them.
