Balthor Sigma Intervention

Place: Balthor Sigma · Segmentum Ultima

Fig. 1 · Place on the map

Inconclusive Eldar Titans unexpectedly strike the World Eaters’ tanks, then vanish.

A blood-maddened pursuit by the World Eaters with super-heavy tanks was counterattacked by a demi-legio of Legio Osedax (the “Cockatrices”) on Balthor Sigma. Eldar analogues of Titans suddenly joined the battle and destroyed the traitors’ tanks until reinforcements from Legio Fureans set matters right; then the xenos Titans vanished into the magma wastes.
