House Devine

From the stronghold of the Dawn Citadel the house ruled Molech, relying on Sacristan priests, the Sacristan and Dawn Guards, huscarl cavalry, mechanised infantry, super-heavy tanks and cohorts of battle robots. The house’s famed Knights were Banelash (piloted by Raeven Devine, then Albard), the Hellblade of Imperial Commander Cyprian Devine and the Lancer Balefire. The fall began with a family slaughter: the power-hungry Raeven killed his father, Governor Cyprian, and was then himself, together with his wife Lyx, struck down by the hand of his maimed firstborn Albard. Corrupted by Slaanesh and maddened by visions of the “Great Serpent” (Fulgrim), Albard in Banelash struck the loyalists in the rear and toppled the Imperator-class Titan Paragon of Terra of Legio Crucius, encircling the defenders of Molech.

Survived Molech and fought at Beta-Garmon; presumed destroyed in the Great Scouring — when Molech was retaken, the united loyalist force of Houses Terryn, Cadmus and Borgius exterminated the apostates, but some of House Devine’s Knights went missing; it is said the house lives on in the Eye of Terror.
