Ordo Sinister is an order of the Collegia Titanica whose sole purpose is to field Psi-Titans. Instead of the usual fittings, such a “Warlord” carries a forbidden technology of the Dark Age — the “Ciricrux Anima”: a damned psyker is surgically shackled to the cockpit, turned into a weapon and enslaved by a Preceptor-Intendant from among the blanks, who serves as the princeps of the machine. In the Great Crusade and the Heresy the order was part of the Imperial Household.

- Four independent Chambers of five modified “Warlords” of the Warlord Sinister class — twenty Psi-Titans, based in a tomb-fortress on Terra.
Fate
It moved against the traitors at the Emperor’s word, relayed to First Prefect Aurum. The Psi-Titan “Orientalis-Echion” fought in the Mercury-Exultant kill-zone against Legio Mortis and was destroyed by two Mortis “Warlords”.
Disputed in the canon
- In the atlas Ordo Sinister is assigned to the Mechanicum, like Legio Cybernetica: both are branches of the Mechanicum, not combat Legios with their own heraldry. Assigning it to the Titan Legions is defensible (the Lexicanum places the Ordo within the Collegia Titanica), but an Ordo is not a Legio, and it has no place among the Titan Legions of the atlas. The eight Psi-Titans are not entered as separate records.
