Inconclusive The “Sisypheum” cell gravely wounds Fulgrim at a meeting of the traitor primarchs.

A Shattered Legions cell from the ship “Sisypheum” under Ulrach Branthan inserted the scout Nykona Sharrowkyn and Iron-Father Sabik Wayland to kill the traitor primarchs Perturabo and Fulgrim, who were meeting. Sharrowkyn shot Fulgrim in the head and, by all accounts, mortally wounded him, before both escaped.
