Traitor victory Marr destroys the flagship “Crown of Flame” with the Clan-Fathers aboard; Meduson becomes Warleader.

The combined fleet of the Iron Hands, Raven Guard and Salamanders fell into an ambush by the Sons of Horus under Tybalt Marr. The flagship “Crown of Flame” was destroyed together with the Council of Clans aboard; Jebez Aug hurled his “Iron Heart” into a closing run, but the boarding of Marr’s flagship failed, and the crippled Aug named Shadrak Meduson Warleader of the Shattered Legions.

Significance

The death of the Council of Clans raises Meduson to leader of the surviving Shattered Legions.
