Inconclusive The forge world is split in two and destroyed; it burns still in the M41.

The forge world of Ohmn-Mat in the Segmentum Ultima fell into civil war when its magi split into loyalists and traitors, drawing in the forces of the Sons of Horus’s Dark Compliance and the Iron Hands survivors from Isstvan V. Ohmn-Mat was destroyed and, according to legend, still burns in the 41st millennium.
