Legion XI: data expunged

Nothing can be said in these archives about the Eleventh Legion and its primarch. Like the Second, they were consigned to Damnatio Memoriae — their names, deeds, colours and fate are wiped from Imperial memory. At the will of Dorn and Guilliman, Malcador struck the very memory of the two lost brothers from the minds of the surviving primarchs, for the truth was raw and hateful. The rank-and-file Astartes were not destroyed; their memories were wiped and, it is believed, they were quietly absorbed into other Legions. A second skull bearing their number remained on the Sigillite’s throne.
