Auretian Technocracy

The Auretian Technocracy is an independent human state that kept the lost STC data. Around 004.M31 the already-fallen Horus contrived the destruction of the Technocracy in order to seize this data and later to lure Kelbor-Hal with it — the political seed of the Dark Mechanicum.
