“War Griffons” — one of the largest and best-equipped loyalist Titan Legions, with honours from the Rangdan genocide and the Ullanor campaign. Horus foresaw its loyalty and scattered the legion across the galaxy, but its own transports allowed it to reassemble. At Tallarn the Warlord Iron Regent slew three enemy Reavers; at the Siege of Terra Argent Polemistes and Bellus Shockatrice fought Legio Magna.

- ~176 Titans at the end of the Crusade (about half of them Reavers); an unusually large number of Titan barques under its own allegiance, which allowed it to act independently.
Fate
A surviving legion (Gryphonne IV lives on until M41). At Beta-Garmon it took the heaviest losses and was able to send only meagre forces to the Siege of Terra.
