Guilliman against Lorgar (Nuceria)

On Nuceria, at the climax of the Shadow Crusade, Roboute Guilliman caught up with Lorgar, whom he had once humiliated at Monarchia, and the brothers met in single combat. Guilliman fought with a split skull, streaming with blood, Lorgar with internal wounds; the duel came down to a bloody draw. That was exactly what Lorgar wanted: he was buying time while he prepared the Khornate ritual of Angron’s ascension.
