Loyalist victory The Lion destroys the forge cities of Diamat, depriving Horus of siege engines.

The Dark Angels of Lion El’Jonson, with a fleet of 16 ships, struck the forge world of Diamat to deprive Horus of its production of siege weapons and Titans. Having wrecked the main forges, the Lion in the ensuing clash met the fleet of Perturabo’s Iron Warriors, bound for Isstvan V.
