Battle of Uranus

Place: Uranus · Segmentum Solar

Fig. 1 · Place on the map

Traitor victory Perturabo assaults Uranus’s defences simultaneously with the strike on Pluto.

On the first day of the Solar War Perturabo’s Iron Warriors fleet fell on Uranus’s defences while the Sons of Horus of Little Horus Aximand struck at Pluto: two blows at once so that the outer Spheres could not relieve each other. Uranus was held by the Armada of Fleetmaster Halbrecht and Sigismund’s Fists — the Second Sphere was breached.
