Inconclusive A fragment of astropathic traffic: Isstvan III in open revolt under Vardus Praal.

A Death Guard patrol ship on the edge of the XIV Legion’s fleet intercepted a fragmentary astropathic transmission: Isstvan III was in the grip of a religious revolt under the defector governor Vardus Praal. This became the pretext for the coming muster of the Legions at Isstvan III.
