Relations

  • Sigismund — Khârn the Betrayerduel

The Templar and the Berserker. Two archetypal champions of the VII and XII Legions. Their rivalry runs through the Heresy and flares up in the Siege: Sigismund against Khârn — a clash of regulations and the Nails, after which both survive, but the Legions are no longer what they were.

Event: The Siege of Terra · 014.M31 · Pyrrhic loyalist victory
  • Khârn the Betrayer — Angronoath

The Equerry and the Primarch. Khârn is captain of the 8th Assault Company and Angron’s equerry, who kept the XII Legion within the bounds of regulations longer than anyone. His loyalty to Angron outlives Nuceria, the Siege and Skalathrax, where Khârn, now as “the Betrayer”, will hack down his own brothers — the logic of the Nails carried through to its end.

Event: Battle of Nuceria · ascension of Angron · 008.M31 · Traitor victory
