Pyrrhic loyalist victory The weakened Wolves are rescued by the Dark Angels fleet; the Alpha Legion is thrown back.

Bled white at Prospero, the Space Wolves were driven by the Alpha Legion into the corrosive Alaxxes Nebula and almost destroyed; the White Scars refused aid. When the Alpha Legion’s victory seemed near, the Dark Angels fleet, led by the star fortress “Chimera”, picked up a distress signal and saved Russ.
