Ezekyle Abaddon

Ezekyle Abaddon — First Captain of the Sons of Horus and a member of the Mournival, the finest warrior of the Warmaster. At the Siege of Terra he fought the Imperial Fists on the Vengeful Spirit and did not see the fall of Horus; maddened by grief, he recovered the primarch’s body in the retreat. Relations

  • Ezekyle Abaddon — Garviel Lokenbrothers

The Mournival Split. Two captains of one “family” of Horus. On Isstvan III Abaddon stays with the Warmaster, Loken on the surface under the virus bombs. Their rift is the human face of the split in the XVI Legion; in the finale it will be Erebus, not Abaddon, who finishes Loken off.

Event: Isstvan III Atrocity · 005.M31 · Pyrrhic traitor victory
  • Ezekyle Abaddon — Horus Lupercalmentorship

The First Captain and the Warmaster. Abaddon is Horus’s favourite tactical son, a Justaerin and the future Arch-Enemy. He does not fall into the warp the way a primarch does: after Horus’s death it is Abaddon who refuses to repeat the “weakness” of deification and leads the Sons away.

Event: Death of Sanguinius · the Emperor against Horus · 014.M31 · Loyalist victory
