Inconclusive The Edict of Nikaea: the Librarius of every Legion disbanded, sorcery forbidden.

The Emperor convened a great council on Nikaea to judge whether psychic powers were a boon or a blight. Magnus the Red passionately defended the right to knowledge of the warp, but lost: the Edict of Nikaea disbanded the Librarius of every Legion, forbade sorcery to the primarchs and established the rank of Chaplain. Magnus nursed a grudge that would foreordain the tragedy of Prospero.
