Daemons of Chaos

Legions of the four Ruinous Powers — Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle and Slaanesh — and of Chaos Undivided, who sowed seeds in the hearts of the primarchs and poured into reality through the Ruinstorm as the “Daemons of the Ruinstorm”. Their Greater Daemons led the key traps of the war: Ka’Bandha and Kyriss — the Battle of Signus Prime against the Blood Angels, Madail — the Damnation of Pythos. At the Siege of Terra the Thousand Sons summoned Greater Daemons to crush the defence of the Palace, and one after another they broke through the Emperor’s weakening psychic shield at the Eternity Gate. At the final peak a fifth god of Chaos very nearly came to be born — the “Dark King”; with the death of Horus the daemonic hordes were driven back.
